move con feeds into database

con feeds we probably want to manage more dynamically, so this removes the hardcoded list and puts them into the database

things that are missing:

• being able to publish them to bluesky
• having any initial cons (as it is, this pr will remove the denfur feed)

we should aim to either get this done before euroference, or just hardcode a euroference feed
