😊🔵𝐌 Improve Avalonia Launcher
The launcher has been rewritten with Avalonia in stride3d/stride#2096. However, the styling was roughly done and some visuals aren't great.
In particular, the contextual menu to select a minor version of Stride isn't great and can be buggy as the list grows over time.
The goal of this task is to improve the overall visuals of the Launcher as well as fix any usability issue.
This task is relatively independent from any other tasks in the whole rewrite effort and can be assigned to someone new to Stride.
Tip: Open the Stride.Launcher.sln solution file.
Conservatively improved the layout of the Avalonia launcher, bringing it more in line with the current version. Reverted title-bar change as Avalonia at present doesn't support those changes on all platforms well enough. https://github.com/stride3d/stride/pull/2931
