feat: Add 3D UI Features

i have a feature request idea i dont how to implement it but i might in the future (far future) wat about adding 2d ui somethings like in godot but in the toolkit because ui 3d mode is really bad and buggy so why not make them in code or as a part of stride toolkit or a separated nugget just an idea like:

• 3d Label
• 3d sprite
• other 3d ui stuff
