stride-community-toolkit refactor: Replaced FastLists with equivelents

This is a PR to remove obsolete features of Stride while not hindering performance to do so.

Final remaining issue has to do with memory. Not in terms of consumption but in terms of it never being released because I am not shrinking the array size ever.

lol that List initialization suggestion has been one of the more annoying things in my local copilot as well. I keep telling it that its wrong but it never seems to update itself.

I am closing this becuase the updates were made through #292 . If further improvements can be made, please let's go ahead with a new PR 🙂.
