Missing documentation for inline links

Inline links were added in https://github.com/strictdoc-project/strictdoc/pull/475. It would be nice to see this feature mentioned in the user manual.

This feature has not been completed yet as per the checklist of the https://github.com/strictdoc-project/strictdoc/issues/382.

It is on my list to close this as well as some other related issues.
