Row properties and insert row options do not show when Notesnook is not maximum size

When Notesnook is not on maximum size to fit the screen or full-screen mode, row properties and insert row below options for table do not appear. Options for columns are fine.

Hmmm, maybe we should show them in the toolbar if the screen become too small. Will look into what we can do to fix this.
