Date/Time Tweaks

The app update said ISO 8601 is now being used for the new /date, /time, and /now features, which I totally got excited about. However, from what I'm seeing, today's date (18 August 2022) is being displayed as 2022-8-18. I believe using ISO 8601 the "8" for "August" should be preceded by a "0". The date should be in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

I also noticed AM/PM is used. ISO 8601 uses a 24-hour clock and not AM/PM.

If a newline is used and then you try to use the new flags, my GBoard app wants to automatically capitalize the first letter, "/Date" for example. This does not insert the date.
