Lost my notes

Hello,

I just downloaded the app today and moved over all of my notes from Google to here. The second I close the app and try opening it back up, it wouldn't open. I login through a web browser and none of my notes are there. I un-install the app, then re-install it and all of my notes are gone. The sync didn't work and now I'm just shit out of luck.

I don't think the issue is with sync. What probably happened was that when you updated the app your notes got migrated to the new database version and those got synced before we added a lock on sync. I also rolled back the version on the web app so it can't access notes that are a version ahead (I.e., your notes).

Can you try logging in here: https://beta.notesnook.com and see if your notes are there or not.

Do you see anything else? Any notebooks? Any tags? When you created an account, did your notes sync?

No I didn't see anything else. When I created my account it was through the app and it just had an error message saying that sync wouldn't be available until 2.1 came out

This is the issue then. The sync was blocked and when you created your account it didn't upload your notes. Do you have a backup?
