Headers do not collapse or expand in read-only view

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a note with headers and body
  2. Select read-only mode
  3. Try to collapse or expand the header

Device information: App version: 1.8.10-38378fd-desktop OS: Windows 10 64-bit Browser: Electron 17.0.1 Pro: true

Collapsing headers are not available at all to me.
