I lost my most recent edits

I edited a note on 6/17, then some additional edits on 6/18 after I had cleared cache and cookies on my browser because of a problem on another site. The new edits were lost by 6/19 when I went to the web page and it said something had gone wrong and I had to log in again. (Dates are Hawaii Standard Time.)
