Bottom Toolbar & Sync button disappear when window is small

What happened?

I am trying to use Notesnook in split mode on my monitor and on Windows tablet. The bottom toolbar disappears so I am not able to use the sync button or view the info unless I maximize and then minimize again. Would be useful to move sync button to top toolbar since there is much more space on it and would be easier to press on my Windows Tablet. In addition, the ability for the left most column (Notes, Notebook, Favorites, etc.) to collapse after the window gets smaller than a certain amount of pixels would be helpful to maximize working space on Notes. The text for this icons is hardly visible anyway at this window size so makes sense to collapse it. A icon similar or something like Chrome's "settings" icon would 3 lines would be sufficient.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Make the Notesnook window smaller until the bottom toolbar disappears.
