There is no way to recover old note titles, this can mean not knowing which note is which - especially when syncing between devices.

Titles are not included in note history presents a problem if you rename the title of a note on an offline device. When syncing up, there is no way to recover the old title which means you may lose track of notes (unless the note is open, and it will only update the data in the note preview until you open another note - this last part in parentheses may be a separate syncing bug).
