Unable to sync notes via pixel 6a. Below is the error message. Have tried re installing the app with no help. My account works fine via web browser

Hi, can you try creating a backup of your notes, logout and then relogin to see if the issue gets resolved?
Appreciate the response. I created a back up, logged out and then logged back in. To stated it was syncing my data and under that said 'downloading 4'. Waited about twenty minutes and nothing has changed. Still shows syncing. Every in a while popped up stated could not sync. The copy logs option would not allow me to actually copy them and no other buttons work. Tried this twice now and the same result.
Now been able to copy the logs:

Is there any update on this ticket? I still have the issue and can seem to find a way to resolve it myself.
This usually happens when some of your data is still encrypted with your older key. It is very rare, however.
The only way to recover from this corruption is to reset your account.
