Error Downloading Image - Request Timed Out

Open streetwriters[bot] opened this issue 1 year ago • 7 comments

I have a note that doesn’t display an image - the image is empty.

I get an error that “Request Timed Out”. In the Attachment Manager, clicking Download also gives me the same error. Running file check in Attachment Manager showed that the check passed.

I can see my image on the Web Client on another PC but viewing the image on my iPhone still gives the Time Out error.

Always facing some kind of difficulties while previewing the uploaded images. Every time it tries to download the image from the serve, and it's taking some time to download, some cases it's showing error. Please find some alternative and robust way to fix it.

Unfortunately I’m still able to reproduce the problem on version 2.6.0 of Notesnook on the iPhone.

@cardin we recently deployed a few fixes regarding this. Are you still facing this issue?

Unfortunately no, it's appearing on version 2.6.15 in the iPhone as well.

Is it happening on all images or just that same image?

I can see it happening in several different images in several different notes.
