@ZauJulio,

Thank you. There isn't anything related to the spell checker in the cpuprofile. Can you give some more information? What are you seeing?

Sometimes, VS Code fails to correctly install the extension, this often happens after VS Code has been updated. This can lead to high cpu situations.

Please restart VS Code, install the pre-release version and see if it still happens.
