k-characters
K-Characters is a non-standard term/unit of measure. I wasn't sure what it was until I found issue #540 where it was changed from K-Bytes to K-Characters.
I think this option could be made clearer by modifying the description to something like "The limit in K-Characters (i.e., kilo-characters) to be checked in a file."
