please delete the changelog.md

tools like npm-upgrade lead me to streetsidesoftware/cspell@main/CHANGELOG.md since it exists but has no details in it. can this file please be removed so that it redirects me to the releases page?

Maybe we should change the auto release tool to https://github.com/changesets/changesets instead.
