Support spell checking the PR Message Body

Hello! I try use you github action for spell of commit message. But it don`t spell commit message. Please add spell of latest commit message. Thanks!

Would you please give an example of how that might work? Once it is committed on the branch, it is a bit too late.

Do you mean have it support spell checking the Pull Request message / text?

Yes, support spell checking the Pull Request message / text. Before merge pull request we can spell check commit message.
