Things’ icons are difficult to see in dark mode

Icons representing Things are difficult to see when the app is in dark mode. They are displayed in black over a dark grey background.

How to Reproduce

• Set the app to run in dark mode
• Select the Things overlay
• Tap on the "+" to add a thing
• Scroll through the list to display icons: they are black over a dark grey background

Expected Behavior Icons’ color should be light when the app is displayed in dark mode to make sure they are easy to see

I think I will fix this once I re-do this view in the UI migration to Jetpack Compose. (I'd also accept a PR that fixes this in the current UI code, though)
