Expand quests to tourism=wilderness_hut
There are currently around 22k wilderness huts mapped. I believe many quests can be extended to them, similar to alpine_hut:
AddPlaceName: 73.3% of wilderness huts already have one mapped. In my experience, all such huts have names.
AddGeneralFee: 1 544 have fee=no while 1 217 have fee=yes. I feel this will be highly dependent on region, in my region they are mostly free.
toilets_availability 1202 have toilets=yes, 351 have toilet=no.
AddInternetAccess 72 have internet_access=wlan, 200 have internet_access = no
wheelchair_access 137 have wheelchair=no, 13 have wheelchair=yes.
I feel like some of these might be a bit "spammy", however, since wilderness huts are generally quite sparse, the user is unlikely to answer any of them more than 2-3 times a day. Happy to develop these if approved.

it sounds like a good idea to me?

I worry a bit that it may be "all fee=no or all fee=yes" in some regions. But given low density and that situation differs between regions it seems fine
toilets_availability
some of ones that I were in had toilets but quite faaar away, I worry a bit about bad data here

I noone protests for few days it seems like a very good idea! Tweaking these existing quests and testing app should be fairly doable :)

What distance are we speaking of here? I think for most users, who are probably hiking to these huts anyway, should have no issue walking a few more hundered meters to a toilet?
Seen some where toilet was 50m or 80m away, through forest. If you were passing by hut it was not fully obvious where toilets are (and whether they are next to it). In one case hut interior had instructions how to get there.

problem is not with hiking, problem is with not answering false no just because someone missed them

Actually, this was already implemented, I somehow missed previously though. I implemented the other changes now though
