FR: Rotate sources

Overview: Sometimes streamers' video appears in an incorrect orientation due to their phone/video settings. We can correct this orientation by allowing streamwall users to rotate the source in 90 degree increments

Acceptance criteria

  • Streamwall provides a button or feature to rotate a video source
