video file size does not change in firefox even on changing video resolutions

I am using the demo source code and you can also see in demo

The video file size does not change even if change video resolution. Is this a bug? Thanks.

I have the same issue, I recorded a video on Chrome and Firefox with a fixed size, the file generated by Chrome was 70MB and the other one ~300MB (FF)
