Video resolution webm change while recording.

Hi, it happened to me a strange thing: I record audio / video streams and I upload the files to the server in a certain interval, but it has happened that the resolution changes (the first video is 320x180, the second is 240x135 etc.) Is it possible to set a fixed resolution?
