Release on the default crate

Hi,

In order to make sure every user of this library updates it. Can we expect a release with the fixes the sn-pulsar crate contained on this crate?

@KannarFr thanks for asking, once @Geal finishes the crate owner settings, we will be able to ship the changes to the pulsar crate. ref: https://github.com/streamnative-oss/sn-pulsar-rs/issues/20#issuecomment-1136168559

@freeznet I still have ownership on crates.io, so if you can tell me who should get access, I can make that happen.
