[FEATURE] 基于keyshare模式的简单使用

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 当前的keyshared模式使用flink消费实现key的范围消费需要自己计算相应的key值范围，期望改成传实际内容的方式

以及flinksql当前没有找到keyshared方式的过滤
