[BUG] pulsar debezium-json format will produce 2 rowdata update_before and update_after, but only update_after

  1. pulsar + debezium-json format
  2. this update operation will produce two RowData, UPDATE_BEFORE and UPDATE_AFTER
  3. but pulsar connector only return UPDATE_AFTER
