Renders overlays out-of-band by positioning them manually. So that the block elements do not appear inside inline elements and don't interfere with element layout flow and spellchecking.

  • [ ] Render out-of-band using portals.
  • [ ] Track positions, on
    • [ ] Scroll
    • [ ] Resize
    • [ ] On periodic timer
