Add ability to store metadata for the whole Peritext document.

  • [ ] Document-level storage ability.
  • [ ] Store image blobs there, so they can be reused by image ID.
  • [ ] Named styles.
    • [ ] Allow users to define custom inline formatting combination which can be applied to text selection.
