Audio of 44.100kHz is not recognized in the player

Issue description

Audio of 44.100kHz is not recognized in the player, only 48.000kHz supported.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload local .mp4 video with a sound track of 44.100kHz
2. Add to movies and play file

Expected Behaviour

Audio playback would be enabled

Actual Behaviour

There is no Audio playback at 44.100kHz, the track must be processed to 48.000kHz for playback
