Mark completed - issue

Issue description

I can't do mark completed to any video.

Steps to Reproduce

1. When I try mark any video like "Completed" show pop-up with this message: "you do not have the rights to carry out this action"

I don't know if i wrong setup or if the version "1.10.1" come this error.

Environment Information

• Operating System: Fedora release 33
• Streama version: 1.10.1

I can reproduce this with a non-admin user account trying to mark/unmark videos as completed. With an admin user account the feature works fine.

This feels like a permission issue perhaps when calling in VideoController.groovy, but I could not track it down exactly.
