Dev Containers Setup in Contributing Section

We should update the documentation to provide more details about setting up the project using Dev Containers in the Contributing section. The existing setup is well-structured and can greatly improve the development experience.

Additionally, it would be helpful to clearly specify that contributors should select the Poetry environment created inside the DevContainer.
