Add per game OSC profiles

This will be nice feature to have custom OSC for games.

This should also be available for external controllers. Bonus points if there's a toggle to quickly rearrange the face button bindings into an Xbox-style ABXY configuration, to accommodate how different games handle mapping to Nintendo's BAYX layout.
