Extend get-cold-staking-info to provide additional information

Additional fields required:

• ColdWalletAccountBalance
• HotWalletAccountBalance
• ColdWalletSpendableAmount
• HotWalletMatureStakingAmount

Also provide an API for returning transactions present in the hot and cold wallet account.

I notice that the staking tab contains its own separate staking history. Is this really what we want? There is really only one staking process that may sometimes generate a normal stake and sometimes a cold stake
