It has Suhosin enabled, maybe that's the issue?

Turns out the issue is that I'm running on 32 bit install and the integer size is not sufficient to hold the value from hex2dec, so it converts it to...

Very useful option, it's really annoying to pick up manually the populated stations every time. :)
