Added Draft and Publish State

Hey! thanks for this PR, it's a shame that this template doesn't support draft & publish yet. I unfortunately can't merge it now:

• This template has a draft and publish workaround (see this code) that would need to be removed too
• Since we have a frontend starter that relies on this repo, we can only merge it once the frontend is also ready
