Does this starter template support hot reload ?

I followed the steps in the README.md and then I add a new article in the Strapi. When I check the app, I can see the new article that I just added in the home page, but when I click the link it gives me a 404 error. How do I fix this ? Does this cli has a restart command or something similar ?
