How to use the CSRF token feature?

I'm submitting a question about how to use this project

I would like to enable sending contact form using the Strapi email plugin. But, I don't know how to send the CSRF token. How could I use the CSRF token Strapi creates in the backend? couldn't find any cookie/local storage with a CSRF token.
