Update documentation regarding roles and Permissions

What does this PR do

It seems that the documentation regarding roles and permissions is outdated. I updated the documentation based of the current behavior of the most recent strapi version (v3.0.0-alpha.14.2)

Also images for the roles and permissions section were replaced since the current ones are dead
