Add docs for releases settings

This PR adds documentation for the settings associated to the Releases feature:

• Adds a new page with relevant screenshot
• Adds the new page to the sidebar and to the table in the Settings introduction

TODO: add dark mode screenshot and update the light mode when the feature is testable
