Date picker not localized

Describe the bug There seems to be no clear way to customize date picker : date format, picker language, first day of the week...

Expected behavior Find a way to customize date format and date localization for picker through a config/locale file

The new datepicker that will come with the new design system is localised you can check it out on this repo
