Feature Request: Block support on membership account page

Currently, we add a sponsoring member's sponsor code and linked accounts to their membership account page by appending them to the end of the account sections: https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-sponsored-members/blob/2d9612ad4422d1f078f5dd704273b3f4b9b16f38/pmpro-sponsored-members.php#L1792-L1879

Since we now give the option to add a single element of the account page via a block in PMPro core, it would be intuitive to allow the sponsored members portion to function as a block as well.

I see this being added in the future, people may be able to use custom CSS to hide this section for now.

To show Sponsored Membership Block on OTHER pages besides the members-account page you will need custom code, and include your page ID. https://gist.github.com/kimwhite/93c0b9ef0b687bb7a1c052416c2a68e3
