Support Admin or Parent Account "Deactivating" a Child

Many users have requested that the parent account or the site admin would like a process to deactivate a child account and free up the "seat" for the parent account.

Let's discuss how this could work and what UI is needed to accomplish it.

I put together a related gist a little bit ago, it removes the discount code use whenever a sponsored member is expired/cancelled:
