Bug/Enhancement: pmpro_error class not being added to RH fields

At checkout, when a form is submitted, but required fields are not filled out, the pmpro_error class is not being added to any custom RH fields. The default fields and ones added with some Add Ons are working as expected, getting pmpro_error class added to the input HTML, and turning "pink".

Would like our user-created fields to display similarly.
