Feature Request: Import Multiple Membership IDs

A user would like to import several thousand members, with some having multiple memberships.

It would be helpful to have a way to assign multiple membership ids to a user upon import.

Another user has requested this feature today in the Import from CSV add-on. This will make a great addition to this add-on.

We are actively testing this for 3.0 and will report on what we see. Right now, it is confirmed that you can list the same user in the import CSV in two separate rows and import multiple levels. A later row will cancel a earlier row's imported membership IF the levels are in the same "one level per" group.

Levels in "multple per group" groups will all be added via import.
