Custom confirmation message added on the Level page are not inserted

Describe the bug When a Level requires approval, the Confirmation Message added on the Levels page is not displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the Approval Add On
2. Add a custom Confirmation Message to your level
3. Require level to be approved
4. Checkout, the custom level does not get inserted

Expected behavior The Confirmation Message for a level should appear if approval is required.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active or Memberlite.
• [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
