Add User Fields to the Waiting Approval Admin email

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add Extra Fields:, created by User Field GUI or Register Helper code to the A member at YOUR SITE is waiting approval. admin email.

Describe the solution you'd like The Extra Fields:are included in the admin checkout email, but other users may be getting the approval email and would benefit from seeing this information.

Or allow these custom fields to become variables used in the "waiting approval" email. !!company!!, etc...
