Delay Access to Membership Level by Date

Allow a user to purchase a Membership, but delay Access by a hard-coded date.

Sample - A class that starts July 1, users can sign up anytime before, but no access to the site content until a defined date. (like expiration date, but start date)

Temporary solution would be to use the Approvals Add On and setup a cron job to check daily the date then auto-approve them. It's not an ideal workaround, but what's possible for now.
