granary client commands error

Hi Tezos team, I followed the granary client commands as per in the documentation. granary client - get balance for "alice" - It is work for still yesterday , Now it can't working in granary node client. Then How to check my balance in the granary node ? what's the problem in the chain. Kindly help me, if anyone knows
