Update links to example storybooks

As part of the Canvas CI project, we got rid of all of our examples, e.g. https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/pull/19343 and replaced them with sandboxes that are dynamically generated.

This leaves a large documentation gap, since there are numerous links throughout the docs to Netlify-hosted storybooks based on those examples. We need to come up with a suitable replacement, either based on the sandboxes or something else.
