oneOf smart knob adds empty option even when they aren't allowed

When creating a knob for oneOf propTypes, smartKnobs adds an empty option. That's usually good, but not in the following cases:

• The prop is required
• The prop has a default value

In these cases, there shouldn't be an empty option.
